Free IT Support

Since 1994 we have offered IT Support under our prior brands PC Callout, PC Trouble, Ehelp4u and Computerhope.  For many years we offered free advice and support inconjunction with our paid  for services.  We are now returning back to our original concept.  

You can request free IT Support services from our volunteers this will either by our online chat service or maybe a call for up to 30 mins, it depnds ont he volunteers at the time.  They will either help you or direct you to get additional support.  

At any time you can upgrade to our paid servcie.

We still offer a paid for service and can also recommend local engineers or online help.  We are here to help the home user, home professional worker and the small busines user.

We do not have fixed SLAs for the free service but typically respond within a few hours.
